Featuring interactive video, deconstructed pop music, and microtonal keyboards; sound and spectacle unite in this multimedia-focused program reflecting our over-saturated, out of control media environment. Featuring works by Igor C. Silva, Heather Stebbins, Dan VanHassel, Public Enemy, and Enno Poppe.

CLOCKWORKS

Humans imitating machines, machines imitating humans, and process music come together in this wide-ranging exploration of automation and industrialization. Featuring works by Nicole Murphy, Chaya Czernowin, Laurie Spiegel, Dan VanHassel, Louis Andriessen, and Meshuggah.

BRIGHT DARKNESS

An explosion followed by a series of aftershocks, this program roughly follows the course of a day; starting from brilliant and intense light and gradually descending into night. The centerpiece of this program is the majestic and intoxicating Bright Darkness by Austrian composer Klaus Lang. Also featuring works by Sam Pluta, Yoon-Ji Lee, Philippe Hurel, and Ravi Kittappa.
